In collaboration with NCE Seafood Innovation Cluster and Framtidsfylket, Coast offers a one-year trainee program for recent graduates. As a Coast-trainee you will get an introduction to all parts of the Coast Seafood Group, while you work in one of our departments. During this year, you will gain valuable insights and network with other trainees across companies and industries.
Right now, we are looking for people who would like to work within sales, product development, administration or purchasing.

Over the last four years we have recruited 14 trainees, and most of them are still working with us. We believe that the social aspect is an important factor for keeping talented young professionals in our company over time. Current and former trainees regularly arrange social events, often combined with exploring the unique surroundings in and around Måløy. If activities like surf trips to Hoddevik or backcountry skiing in Stranda are on your bucket list, our trainee community will be happy to help you check them off!
